Lucas turns 1!

This little man, Lucas, turned 1 recently and his momma had a great picnic in the park with lots of eats and good company. He was not a huge fan of his birthday cake but smeared just enough so I can get photos to show him when he gets older. I was a fan of the cake so I had his serving and then some! Here's to many more celebrations kid.

Torani

I know these have been around for years but I just discovered them. We bought a Soda Stream to cut down on drinking sodas and focus more on drinking water. I have a hard time drinking water. Lemon and cucumber gets old (not to mention a little heart burn while being pregnant). A little bubbly water is delish. Soda Stream has their own syrups but, frankly, I'm not a fan. I saw the Torani syrups while perusing through the Cost Plus World Market aisles and decided to give them a try. You can add a little or a lot. Love them!!

Winston's Christening

I must start with my new friend, Jersey Janet, as I like to call her. She is a newbie to California and settling in quite nicely. She is a riot! Friendly, easy going and will do anything for you. She wears her heart on her sleeve. I love our new friendship that has grown so quickly in such a short time. 
I was honored to be a part of this special day and on top of that I got to shoot it. Great family, great friends and great food went all around. Winston was suchhh a star that day!
